All Set Consulting is launching an Odoo practice in Australia

We’re starting something new. All Set Consulting is a small, senior consultancy that helps Australian businesses implement Odoo, and makes sure it keeps working for them long after go-live.

Why Odoo, and why now

Many growing businesses run on a patchwork: an accounting package, a spreadsheet for stock, a separate CRM, and a lot of copy-and-paste in between. Every tool works on its own, but nothing talks to anything else, and the people in the middle spend their days keeping it all in sync.

Odoo puts sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting, manufacturing, projects, websites and more onto a single platform with a single database. You start with the apps you need and add others as the business grows. For the right business it removes a whole category of problems.

But software is only half the story. The difference between an Odoo project that transforms a business and one that frustrates it is almost always in the implementation: the scoping, the process design, the data migration, the training and the support afterwards.

What we’ll do differently

We’re keeping the model deliberately simple:

• Senior people only. The consultants who run your discovery workshop are the ones who configure, train and support you.
• Clear scope, clear price. Every phase is agreed before it starts. No open-ended hourly surprises.
• Standard first. We use Odoo the way it’s designed to be used wherever we can, and write custom code only when it clearly pays for itself.
• Here for the long run. Go-live is the start of the relationship, not the end.
