Who we are
All Set Consulting (“All Set”, “we”, “us”) provides Odoo implementation and related consulting services to businesses in Australia and Europe. We are responsible for (the “controller” of) the personal information collected through this website.
Questions about privacy can go to hello@allsetconsulting.com.au.
This policy is written to meet the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us: your name, email address and, if you choose to share them, your company, phone number, company size, the service you’re interested in and your message.
- Technical information. When you visit, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so the site can be delivered and kept secure. We don’t use this to identify you.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We only use analytics cookies if you accept them. See our cookie policy for details.
We don’t ask for sensitive information (such as health or financial details) through this website, and the site isn’t intended for children.
How we use it, and why
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry and arranging a call | Steps you’ve asked us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries |
| Running, securing and improving the website | Our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website |
| Understanding how the website is used (analytics) | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
| Keeping records we’re required to keep | Legal obligation |
We don’t sell your personal information, we don’t use it for automated decision-making, and we only send you news or marketing if you’ve asked us to.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business:
- our website host, GitHub (GitHub Pages);
- our email and business software providers;
- professional advisers (such as accountants and lawyers) where needed.
These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
We work across Australia and Europe, and some of our providers are based in other countries, including the United States. When personal information from the European Economic Area or the UK is transferred abroad, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where a provider is certified) or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. For Australian personal information, we take reasonable steps to make sure overseas recipients handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If we go on to work together, we keep records for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example, tax and accounting rules). Otherwise, we delete them once they’re no longer needed.
Your rights
If you’re in the EU, EEA or UK, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it’s inaccurate, or deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent; and
- complain to your local data protection authority.
If you’re in Australia, you can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please contact us first; you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
To make a request, email hello@allsetconsulting.com.au. We’ll reply within one month (or 30 days under Australian law), and may need to confirm your identity first.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through the contact form.

Our website may link to other sites, such as LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.
